Huacatay-Black Mint Sauce 7.5 oz

Black Mint Sauce is used to create great recipes for sauces, and BBQ Chicken. In Peru, people use this sauce to make a traditional dish called "Ocopa a la Arequipena." This dish is made of sliced potatoes covered with a sauce made of cheese, walnuts or peanuts, red pepper sauce, black mint sauce, milk, and garlic. Served over a bed of lettece and garnished with sliced boiled eggs and Peruvian olives.
